Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order size.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be permitted in accordance with our store policies.
